Subscription Policies & One-Time Products

Please review these policies before purchasing a Gorilla subscription or one-time product. We recommend trying the demo first to make sure the software installs properly and works for your production needs.

Auto-Renewal Policy

Gorilla Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Monthly and Quarterly Subscriptions

If your Monthly or Quarterly subscription auto-renews before you cancel, we do not offer refunds for that billing period. Please cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not want to be billed again.

You can cancel your subscription by selecting the My Account button on the toolbar of this website and managing your subscription from your account.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions auto-renew after one year unless canceled before the renewal date. If an Annual subscription renews and you did not cancel in time, you have 48 hours to request cancellation and a refund, minus a $49 cancellation fee per license/seat.

To request cancellation of an Annual subscription within the 48-hour window, please email: cancel@junglesoftware.com

We cannot cancel your subscription by phone or chat. Please do not email support or sales to cancel a subscription.

Important: We send renewal reminders for Yearly and Quarterly subscriptions. We do not send renewal reminders for Monthly subscriptions. Please mark your calendar if you intend to cancel before your renewal date.

Refund Policy

Since Gorilla is sold on a subscription basis, we do not offer refunds. We provide demos of our products so you can try the software before purchasing, and we strongly recommend doing so.

Before purchasing, please make sure the product installs properly and works for your production needs. If you need help installing or launching the software, our support staff can help.

Modern Mac and Windows security settings may require you to allow Gorilla access to your Documents folder. If access is not allowed during installation or launch, the software may not open properly.

For common installation and launch issues, please visit our FAQ page or contact us for assistance.

If you are not sure you want to keep Gorilla for more than 30 days, we recommend choosing the Monthly subscription option first.

One-Time Fee Products

Koala Call Sheets and The Gorilla Ratebook are one-time purchases for that version of the software.

We do not offer refunds on Koala Call Sheets or The Gorilla Ratebook.

Jungle Software no longer offers Transfer of Ownership service for Gorilla. If you no longer wish to use Gorilla, please cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.
