Breakdown Assistant AI – Included with Gorilla Premium, this is a Scheduling add-on that automatically tags your imported screenplay using OpenAI.
Tag a Cast Member or Background Actor as V.O., O.S., or Non-Speaking – If you tag a Cast Member/Background Actor as V.O. or O.S., you can then control if they appear on certain reports (like DOOD and Call Sheets).
Password Lock – Ability to lock a schedule or a budget with a password.
Change all Currency – Ability to change all currency for a budget to another currency.
Total Days Worked for Elements into Budget – Ability to run a DOOD report on an element now can import ‘days worked’ into a linked budget.
Placeholders for Actors – When creating a budget you budget for Actors, not Characters. You can now create a placeholder for an actor in the Actors module for one or all your not-yet-cast Actors.
Short Name for Elements, Actors, and Crew -You can create a Short Name for any Element, Actor, or Crew record to display on Call Sheets and other reports.
Import Screenplay Display from Another Schedule – You can now import the screenplay display from another schedule into a schedule.
Hide Schedule or Budget in the Dashboard – To be used in conjunction with Password Lock, you can now hide a schedule or a budget in the Dashboard.
Reverse Base Currency – If you are using multiple currencies and want a single line to not be converted — in other words leave the entered rate ‘as is’, select the new Reverse Base Currency option for that line only.
Create Locations Based on Set – You can now quickly create your Locations based on the SET field in Breakdown Sheets. This is useful as a placeholder for when you get your locations.
Restore Stripboard – Ability to restore a saved Excel file to the Stripboard.
Final Draft Import Additions and Improvements – You can now fully import Scene Summaries into Gorilla with your Final Draft screenplay import. The screenplay display now supports text styles from your screenplay including underline, bold, italics, and colors. The import now fully supports Dual Dialogue and will display properly in the screenplay display. Color-coding the screenplay is also improved and more accurate.
Gorilla 10 New Features
Third Row Stripboard – You now have the option of displaying a third row (Row C) on the Stripboard to add more information for your scene.
