Support Ends: The End of Life date for Gorilla 6 is 12/31/2024.
Gorilla 6 will no longer be supported although it may continue to work on your computer.
If you are a Gorilla 6 customer, we urge you to upgrade to the latest version, as installers, tech support, and activation resets are no longer available.
As technology moves forward in the software industry, certain products must have an End of Life date as we can no longer support these older products because of integration with third party companies, out-dated computer technologies, and security concerns which have rendered these products inoperable and vulnerable to cyber attacks.
We have done our best to support older products over the past three years. We notified all our customers for over a year that Gorilla 6 will not be supported after 12/31/2024.
If you receive an “Unexpected Error Querying Server” message when launching Gorilla, this means that there is a security issue because of out-dated authentication connection protocols as Gorilla 6 (and below) cannot securely connect to our servers. In order to remedy this error, please upgrade Gorilla to the latest version. Huge discounts are available to all Gorilla 6 users.
